As a massage therapist myself, I can confidently say it’s not always easy to find bodywork that truly meets my needs. “The Massage Guy” absolutely delivered. He provided focused, effective work on my neck, shoulders, wrists, and arms — areas that take a lot of strain in my profession. The pressure was well-balanced, intentional, and therapeutic without being excessive. I left feeling noticeably better and genuinely supported in my own self-maintenance as a practitioner. It’s clear he understands both the mechanics of the body and the demands placed on those of us who work in hands-on therapy. I’m grateful for the session and will definitely be returning. I've been fortunate to be able to visit Cory for several massage sessions already.  He has a professional and relaxing studio that provides the perfect setting for his therapeutic massage sessions.  I start feeling relaxed the moment I arrive.  At the start of each session he takes time to review my needs and then directs the session to address areas that need attention.  The combination of techniques he uses are unique and this stretches and relaxes my muscles in a way that feels great.  Cory has strong hands and delivers a deep massage that I prefer.  He is engaged throughout the session to ensure appropriate pressure is applied.  When the session ends he ensures my satisfaction with the massage and gives me some guidance and tips on stretches that I can do between sessions with him. I have been having twice per month massages from Cory for 3+ years. Not only has he always been incredibly professional, he helps my muscles stay limber, which considering I lift heavy weights regularly and have multiple sclerosis, is no small feat. Cory is the favorite masseuse that I have found in the Farmington area. He is trained in multiple techniques. I need a 90min massage about every 2-3 months to wring and circulate out the deeper tissue levels for natural tension that builds in my shoulders and neck. Cory is the only practitioner I have had here that can knead that all out, but not leave my shoulders tender and swelled for a few days as the stress molecules flush out. Cory is always punctual, kind, intuitive, communicative and strong. I prefer very deep tissue work and he can provide that without issue.
